Off to itself, facing into the deep mountain woods, this home offers upscale amenities, including a hot tub, electric fireplace and an office/den.  For one or two people.

 

 

 

    

      

     

RATES

 

$145.   per night
*TWO or more nights are required at this rate on Weekends and Holidays, or one night during the week.

$175.  for one night  stays  Friday or Saturday and Holidays, if available.

$725. WEEKLY RATE: 6 NIGHTS   1-2 people--no breakfast is included after the first day.

EXTENDED STAYS

General cleaning once a week.

$1740.  MONTHLY RATE: 30-31 DAYS    2 people--no breakfast is included.

$1242.  SEASONAL RATE/month     1-2 people   for stays of 3 months or longer with a signed lease.

$879. WINTER RATE/month              1-2 people, for stays of 6 months from November to April, with a signed lease.

Please note: When booking your reservation, it  is not confirmed until we have received your MC or Visa credit card deposit.

PAYMENTS
If reserving for a one night stay, the total dollar amount is due at the time you reserve your date via Visa or MC card only. 

For two or more nights half of total dollar amount is due via a Visa or MC card.  The final balance is due 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE and will be charged to your card.


Payments are returned with more than 14 days notice of cancellation.  IF the cottage can be re-booked, the money is returned, paid via check with 13 or less days notice.  If the cottage cannot be re-booked, the monies are  forfeited.

No refunds are given for for early departures.

CHECK-IN: 4 PM or after

EARLY CHECK-INS  can be arranged for $25 per hour--if available, and needs to be booked in advance.

CHECK-OUT: 1 PM or before

If you stay past  1 PM--even if a fraction of the hour--you will be charged $25.  1 to 4 PM is reserved for other functions.

RESTRICTIONS:

We regret that pets & children cannot be accommodated.

Smoking within the house is not permitted.

Must be at least 21 years old to rent (ID will be checked.)

GUEST AMENITIES

  • 51 acres of secluded land on Taylor's mountain with open and wooded areas

  • Solarium with comfortable sitting area, stone fireplace,  tropical plants (This is reserved for our weddings.  Very popular for Fall and Winter weddings with the gas logs blazing!)

  • Gazebo with a wicker sitting area (The favorite place for outdoor weddings.)

  • Round Garden roses, flowers, blue spruce trees, shrubs with slate sitting area

  • Decks over 1,500 square feet of decks and walkways

  • Walking paths, five different trails meanders through the wooded mountain side

  • Lending Library of Books, Video movies, table games, croquet
