Soliloquy's Way Cottage:  For One or Two People only: No children or pets.
Gas grill & your own HOT TUB!   A very dramatic, elegant 2-story cottage that features a KING bedroom loft with French cast iron electric fireplace. DEN has a double-lounger couch with ottoman, gooseneck lamp for reading, library, stereo system with CD & radio and a small desk/make-up area and chair, mirrored bath with washer/dryer, all linens, robes & towels (even perfumes & lotions)  All paper products. Kitchen is fully equipped (including microwave, blender, waffle iron, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot and condiments). Living room and dining areas are visible from the loft and has Flat Screen TV (no cable), VCR, DVD, CD, MP3 players & movie library.  The cottage has central heat & air. A large deck overlooks Goosecreek valley (partial view in summer) and includes wrought iron/glass dining set, cushioned chairs, cushion slider love seat.   A simple breakfast of: Cereal, Milk, juice, Teas, Coffee, Sugar is provided.

 The Tiara House:    For One  or Two People only:  No children or pets. This is the crowning gem of Serenity's Edge! A cheerful home that emphasizes plush elegant furniture and oriental detailing. The Oriental bedroom features a KING bed with a sky-lit 2-person soaking tub and separate shower. The sky-lit kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffeepot, blender, crock pot, crushed ice maker, toaster, dishwasher, an open breakfast counter top bar, and adjacent washer/dryer area. There is a cheerful sunroom with leather furniture. The living room includes a striking stone electric-log fireplace, stereo RADIO, CD, MP3, VCR, DVD player and FLAT SCREEN color TV. You have a formal dining room. There is a second full bath off the dining/living room area. You have your own private deck with a beautiful view  (partial view in summer), gas grill, cushioned wrought iron furniture including an umbrella at the dining table and rocker loveseat, PLUS YOUR OWN HOT TUB! All linens, towels and comfy terry bathrobes are included. The heat pump provides year-round climate control. This home is wheelchair accessible.   A simple breakfast of: Cereal, Milk, juice, Teas, Coffee, Sugar is provided.

From Floyd Virginia Court House on Main Street:  (77 miles) Head west on E Main St toward S Locust St.  Take the 1st right onto VA-8 N/N Locust St.  Continue to follow VA-8 N.  Turn right to merge onto I-81 N toward Roanoke.  Take exit 150A to merge onto US-220 Alt.  When that road ends, turn left onto 460 East heading towards Lynchburg (also called Route 22I). Go about 12 miles. Pass the town of Montvale (lots of gas tanks). Continue on 460 East for about two miles. Turn left on #689 (Irving Road). Take next left on Murray Hollow Road.(#717) At the beginning of Murray Hollow Road, go 3 1/2 miles up the mountain - you will climb almost 1000 feet (The first mile is paved, then it changes to a state-maintained gravel road) until you see three blue mailboxes & Serenity's Edge sign. From Bedford, Virginia: ( 12 miles) Take Route 460 West for about 8  miles. Roughly 1/2 mile before your turn-off you will see a long white fence and Spark's Mobile Home Moving.  Take a right on Nester Road (#690). Immediately you will go over a railroad track. Turn left on Irving Road (#689) Go about 1/2 mile. Take next right on Murray Hollow Road (#717)  At the beginning of Murray Hollow Road, go 3 1/2 miles up the mountain - you will climb almost 1000 feet (The first mile is paved, then it changes to a state-maintained gravel road) until you see three blue mailboxes & Serenity's Edge sign. From Blacksburg, Virginia (63 miles)  Take the I-81 N/US-460 E ramp to Salem/Roanoke.  Merge onto I-81 N. Take exit 150A to merge onto US-220 Alternate.  Turn left onto US-221 N/US-460 E/Challenger Ave NE.  Continue to follow US-221 N/US-460 E.  Turn left onto Irving Rd/State Route 689  Go 3 1/2 miles up the mountain - you will climb almost 1000 feet (The first mile is paved, then it changes to a state-maintained gravel road) until you see three blue mailboxes & Serenity's Edge sign. From the Blue Ridge Parkway: (14 miles) At Mile Marker #106, take the Bedford/ 460 exit. Continue on 460 East. Pass the town of Montvale (lots of gas tanks). Continue on 460 East for about two miles.
