Tiara House History This was originally Paula Tiara's home. After her mother's death, her mother's home became the Sunshine House Bed and Breakfast. However, it became apparent that people coming to Serenity's Edge did not wish to share space in the home. Guests preferred to have more privacy and their own individual spaces. Paula moved to the Sunshine House--leaving all of her furnishings so that Tiara House would become an up-scale accommodation. The Tiara House has been a favorite with guests who prefer a larger home with many extra amenities.

RATES $225. per night 1 or 2 people, TWO or more nights are required on weekends and Holidays for these rates, or one night Sunday to Thursday. $249. for one night stay FRIDAY or SATURDAY or HOLIDAYS, 1 or 2 people, if available. $1225. WEEKLY RATE 7 NIGHTS,($175. per night) 1-2 people--no breakfast is included after the first day. EXTENDED STAYS General cleaning once a week. $2700. MONTHLY RATE: 30-31 DAYS 1-2 people only--no breakfast is included. BUSINESS CORPORATE RATES Single Occupancy Only Sunday to Thursday Please call 540-947-2468 Please note: When booking your reservation, it is not confirmed until we have received your MC or Visa credit card deposit. CHECK-IN: 4 PM or after EARLY CHECK-INS can be arranged for $25 per hour-- if available, and needs to be booked in advance. CHECK-OUT: 1 PM or before If you stay past 1 PM--even if a fraction of the hour--you will be charged $25. 1 to 4 PM is reserved for other functions. RESTRICTIONS: We regret that pets & children cannot be accommodated. Smoking within the house is not permitted. Must be at least 21 years old to rent (ID will be checked.) Payments: If reserving for a one night stay, the total dollar amount is due at the time you reserve your date via a Visa or MC card. For two or more nights half of total dollar amount is due via a Visa or MC card. The final balance is due 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE and will be charged to your card.
No refunds are given for early departures. |
